RSI Vacations  does not sell Travel Club Memberships directly to the public. We work with a number of select direct selling companies like resort developers, travel clubs, and network marketing firms. One exception: "Vacations," our travel club affiliate does offer travel clubs to the public via personalized zoom meetings.

This is not always the same answer. RSI Vacations represents many types of companies who utilize our services for members. Typically, membership is an annual renewable membership which you can renew as long as you continue to pay your annual renewal fee. In some cases, your selling company may have a different set of rules, please see your membership purchase documents you were provided from the selling organization.

RSI Vacations does Not handle vacation certificates for members unless they are specifically issued from RSI Vacations or through one of our affiliate TraveIncentives.  Any questions about travel certificates issued by one of RSI Vacations clients need to be directed to the company listed on your vacation certificate or to the company who issued the certificate.

No, RSI Vacations does not ever make outbound calls to consumers for promotional campaigns. The only direct contacts ever made by RSI Vacations will be to members who have agreed to handle their travel memberships. We often contact members by email or text for everything related to unique travel deals. We sometimes make calls to members to remind them about upcoming renewals. Members can opt out of our email, text, campaigns at any time.

Reviews are VERY important to us. We currently maintain a 4.8 Google Review Rating and a A+ from the BBB in North Carolina (our primary office). Our teams do everything possible to ensure that our members are happy; however, because we are a wholesale provider of travel fulfillment services to over 500 separate companies, sometimes we get painted with their brush. Customers sometimes do not understand that we are providing travel, not doing promotions, marketing, and sales of various direct sales offerings. We do our best to ensure that our clients actively work to ensure 100% satifaction, but sometimes they fall short. We are here to help all of our members ensure great travel at great prices!
