Of course. No, we do not sell our membership programs directly to the public. We are a travel fulfillment company. We provide travel services to timeshare developers, travel clubs, Associations, Alumni, Charity groups, direct sales organizations, and Business clients. They sell memberships and subscription programs and we provide the travel and concierge benefits found in their sales programs. Sometimes our services are sold in conjunction with other benefits like timeshare and in some circumstances, our services may be the only product offered by the seller. 

We are not a franchise, nor do we operate like one. We have a set of skills that we do very well - we help members save everytime on unique travel offerings.  If you have been enrolled with RSI Vacations, we will service most if not all of of your travel needs directly. You will be provided with a unique member website with personal credentials. Our team of over 100 travel representatives and our custom online platforms will be there to assist you. Your only obligation is to maintain your annual renewals to keep your membership active.

As stated in an earlier question, the sales organization who you purchased from may offer it's own unique set of benefits like: timeshare, network marketing programs, merchandise buying services, or other products; however,  we handle all of the benefits for you contained in your member/concierge travel portal website. You will be provided a member number, special website, and personal login to your member travel portal. You can find 1000's of great travel deals and opportunities everyday there. In the event that you can't find just what you are looking for, our team of over 100 travel professionals will be looking forward to assisting you. Condominiums, Getaways - Fantasy, Cruise, All Inclusive, and Staycations are just a few of our travel offerings. And always at the guaranteed lowest prices compared to any retail online offerings.  There is nothing else you need to do to become and stay a member except keep your annual dues up to date.

We have a team of cruise specialists to help you find just the right cruise for you; however, we first recommend you go to your member website and do a search for a cruise. Our patented cruise search platform will help you narrow down the port-o-call, destination, number of nights, and lots more!  Once you have some plans, contact your cruise specialist at the number listed on every page of your member website

RSI Vacations does not offer those types of promotional products. Your club seller often provides those types of certificates as a part of their invitation to customers. They are offered/fulfilled by third party incentive companies. You will have to contact the respective company for the certificate you received. If you are unable to reach these companies, we recommend you reach back to your club who invited you and sold you your club membership. They are generally very helpful in assisting with these promotional items.  None of the RSI Vacations Travel Team has access or any ability to assist you with these "free" type offers.
