We are not a franchise. We are a 20 year+ expert B2B provider of travel fulfillment services. We do not allow our clients to use or license our company name, financing, or anything related. We are a travel fulfillment company, period. We do not earn our fees based upon the prices our clients charge to consumers. We have no remuneration of any type based upon a percentage or royalty from the size, revenue volume, or anything related to our clients direct sales activities. We do not direct or control marketing campaigns for our clients. We do not direct or control sales campaigns, or product plans, or pricing for our clients campaigns to consumers. We do not have financial responsibility, oversight, or control of any type related to our clients business activities. We are not an owner, or stockholder, or stakeholder in their businesses. We do not pay our clients for consumers to be enrolled on our platform. The assignment process for clients who utilize it, is simply an improved protocol of fulfillment for clients who may not have the deep infrastructure necessary to provide turn-key services for all of their members. Our job is to provide expert travel fulfillment for members who have been enrolled in our travel programs. It should be noted, that many of our clients market, sell, develop, and procure other product lines including travel for their respective clubs membership organizations.
